This firm has avoided returning any calls or emails since 2010. They have had my documents since 2009 and have done nothing but get me into further debt with the IRS and state. This firm has avoided returning any calls or emails since 2010. They have had my documents since 2009 and have done nothing but get me into further debt with the IRS and state. I have requested my documents on numerous occasions and they will not provide them like they are required to. This is leaving me with accumulating legal expenses to get them to act on my requests. I have had to file a complaint with the DBPR and still waiting on a response. They claim to have a friend at the IRS that gets the paperwork through but do not let them mislead you into believing they can do anything but empty your bank account and leave you in more debt then when you walked through the door. view short comment
